On Monday, June 15th, one of our trucks was rear-ended at a stop light. The truck took a little damage, but our Technician, Josh was hurt and has been off work since then. This caused a huge problem for us, schedule-wise. Jr and myself had to work our already full schedules and pick up as much of Josh’s calls as we could. The rest had to be re-scheduled. Our customers were completely understanding and worked with us to re-do the schedule and get through this difficult time. THANK YOU!!! We hope to have Josh back full time on Tuesday, the 23rd.
