Warranty And Disclaimer
A part sold by us normally carries some type of limited warranty by its manufacturer. The duration, conditions, and limitations vary among manufacturers. We make no representation for each manufacturer regarding their warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer’s limited warranty document for specific details.
A heating / cooling system is made up of many interrelated components. Its operation can be affected by many external factors. In the case of your comfort system, the age of these components, along with variables such as electrical power fluctuation, low gas pressure, high winds, rodents and insects can affect its operation. THEREFORE:
WE OFFER NO WARRANTY ON LABOR, EXCEPT ON BRAND NEW PARTS SOLD AND INSTALLED BY US.
FOR PARTS SOLD AND INSTALLED BY US FOR NORMAL USE (EXCLUDING REFRIGERANT), WE OFFER A THIRTY (30) DAY LABOR WARRANTY
Warranty service shall be performed for no charge between the hours of
8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
TO REQUEST WARRANTY SERVICE CUSTOMER MUST:
- Report defects while warranty is in effect.
- Allow DuAll to make necessary repairs. (Invoices from other contractors will not be considered for payment.)
If we are called back for possible warranty repairs and find no defects with our recent work, the customer will be charged for the service call.
The express warranty above constitutes the entire warranty of DuAll Heating & Cooling and IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL DUALL HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER
